When production processes had been trained to me, I became responsible for training others. The goal was not to create dependency - it was to make workflows reproducible so the team could operate without undocumented skill. I replicated production methods into teachable logic: repeatable steps, documented decision points, and training support that could be used when I was not available.

This module focuses on the operational layer: turning hands-on methods into teachable workflows for new operators. The outcome was improved onboarding, reduced guesswork, and internal knowledge that could survive turnover without losing execution quality.
