I had restructured the Structured Review Log & Audit System (Daily Output & Traceability). When the team needed to run it, I contributed to training on top of that surface—so operators could use the tools correctly and understand why the columns, rules, and traceability fields existed. The goal was not dependency on me; it was teachable, reproducible reporting execution.

This module focuses on knowledge transfer: turning that reporting system into teachable workflows for a small operator cohort. The outcome was operators who could execute consistently, read production state clearly, and operate without undocumented skill.
