The structured review log exists because review work needs both judgment and production truth. Operators move quickly through reels, make calls on picture and audio, and still need reporting consistent enough to coordinate the floor. Before this module, the work started with fragile intake. Associates copied details from an internal order system and calculated totals by hand, which could take a meaningful portion of a shift before controlled review execution could start.

I rebuilt the worksheet as an operator tool. Inputs follow a structured format, totals are rule-based, and status is captured through checkbox-driven fields that make state changes explicit without rewriting rows. The sheet is designed to be paste-friendly and comparable day to day, so reporting remains readable even when rework cycles stretch across multiple dates.

The impact was practical. Setup and daily math dropped from a long manual routine to a few minutes, and the outputs became more trustworthy because formatting and calculations were consistent. This module reflects the core of my systems mindset: keep the creative work human, but remove the fragile administrative steps that slow execution and introduce silent errors.
